All raw materials are verified for conformity upon receipt.
Our Quality Control team inspect dimensions, hardness, components brands to ensure the machines long service life.
Step2
Manufacturing Inspection
In the manufacturing process,we will strictly according to the CAD drawing, then enter the next step.
The advantage of doing this is to spot any possible errors in advance, avoiding waste of time and money.
Step3
Finished machines and Shipment Inspection
Finished machine will make a final inspection by our Quality System Manager. Then undergo acceptance testing with our customers.
The machine will be packaged carefully to ensure their safe arrival to our customers at minimum cost.
